What bank crisis? City of London is bigger than ever

Financial services employment in London is at an all-time high of more than 380,000, says The Financial Times.
There was a sharp dip in 2002 after the dotcom crash and again in 2009 as the full effects of the global crisis began to be felt by the banks.
But those cuts have been more than offset by new hires over the past two-and-a-half years.
